I’m a certified life coach specialized in ADHD, and a member of the International Coaching Federation and the ADHD Coaches Organization. I work with adults who are capable and deeply caring, yet exhausted from relying on strategies that don’t align with how their brains work.

For much of my life, I was described as capable but inconsistent. I cared deeply, worked hard, and wanted to do well, yet I often felt behind, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Like adults, I internalized these experiences as personal failure rather than a mismatch between my needs and the strategies I was using.

Professionally, I built a successful 15-year corporate career in sales operations and revenue management. I thrived in fast-paced environments, earned promotions and recognition, and was trusted with complex, high-impact work. At the same time, I relied heavily on overcompensation and structure to keep things together, carrying a persistent sense of impostor syndrome and fear of eventual burnout.

After becoming a parent for the second time, the systems I had relied on stopped working. Cognitive overload, memory challenges, and emotional exhaustion forced me to take a closer look at patterns I had lived with for decades. Learning more deeply about ADHD was a turning point. What I had previously framed as inconsistency or weakness finally made sense.

Understanding how ADHD shows up did not “fix” me, but it fundamentally changed how I relate to myself. I stopped trying to force linear productivity and started building strategies aligned with how my brain actually functions. With the right tools, context, and self-trust, the same traits that once felt limiting became sources of creativity, courage, adaptability, and leadership.

Today, I support adults in moving away from shame-based self-management and toward sustainable systems that support focus, follow-through, emotional regulation, and self-acceptance. While ADHD is a core area of specialization, my coaching is not limited to diagnosis. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or inconsistent, seeking practical and compassionate support to move forward with clarity.

I’m a mother of two young children and currently live in the Netherlands after spending more than a decade in Houston, Texas. I hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in business administration. Before transitioning into coaching, I worked extensively with data and complex systems, which now informs how I help clients design clear, realistic, and adaptable strategies.

Outside of coaching, neurodiversity and human behavior are genuine areas of interest for me. I’m continuously learning and refining my understanding of how getting started, follow-through, and emotional regulation show up across life stages. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new cities, traveling, and practicing yoga.
